The practice of Yoga comprises of spiritual, mental and physical practices which date back to pre-Vedic Indian traditions and even mentioned in the Rig-Veda. Regular practice of yoga is said to improve flexibility, balance, endurance and physical strength.
Meditation on the other hand, helps to keep the mind sharp and clear, relieves stress and improves overall well-being. There will be daily sessions held in the morning for our guests staying at Sangam Nivas. These early morning sessions are not compulsory and all guests are most welcome to join in.
