Kaziranga to Camp: ( 6 hours drive time approx.)
Imphal to Camp: 123 kms ( 4 hrs 30 minutes approx.

  • Foreign registered guests of TUTC have to sign a C-form at Camp only.
  • Indian citizens will have to fill the ILP (Inner Line Permit) in advance.
  • Nagaland is a restricted area and all non - residents (of Nagaland) would require a special permit to visit. The special permit would, therefore be, procured by either guests themselves or their respective travel agents.

Weather Information

  • The climate of Nagaland in general is controlled by its terrain features. It is hot to warm subtropical in areas with elevations of 1000 to 1200 m. The climatic environment is warm sub temperate in areas with elevations of 1200 m and above.
  • In winter, temperatures do not generally drop below 39 °F (4 °C), but frost is common at high elevations. Winter makes an early arrival and bitter cold and dry weather strikes certain regions of the state. The maximum average temperature recorded in the winter season is 24 °C (75 °F).
  • The weather in Nagaland is very temperamental. All activities, excursions and extensions will be subject to weather conditions. The activity or excursion specialist at the camp will monitor and advise on the same.
